We have three main areas of business. These are:-

- Energy – Renewable energy, Oil & Gas
- Technologies – semi-conductors, mobile / web coms, IT and aeronautics
Quanta have been actively engaged in the delivery of recruitment solutions since 1992. Our clients in the formative years were focussed within the Banking and Financial sectors, where significant work was undertaken within the banking communities across several major European locations. The technical / IT nature of our recruitment work led to a wider business appreciation and in the latter part of the ‘90’s the portfolio of clients included companies operating in the mobile telecoms industry.
Steady growth and success in the UK, Europe and further afield
Driven by our success in providing recruitment services to the finance / banking and mobile telephone sectors, in 2002 we expanded the scope of our operations to include clients within the Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharmaceutical business arena. The client portfolio expanded significantly throughout the subsequent decade to include not just clients in Europe but also in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australasia and the USA. In fact Quanta have provided their services to clients in over 20 countries.
Going beyond recruitment
At Quanta we recognise the value of listening to clients and to look closely at their business challenges. Sometimes, the best solution is not to hire extra personnel. If that is the case then we will say so. We work in a ‘partnership’ model with clients, helping to manage expectations, looking at project plans and discovering what resources are available internally and externally. When working in very specific industry sectors this approach is invaluable to clients. The ability to plan ahead to secure key technical skills is an important part of our portfolio of services.
A culture of effective team-working
Although we are not a family company, our clients often tell us that Quanta enjoy many of the positive attributes associated with being a family-run firm.
We are though a ‘Seven Habits’ company, ascribing much of our success to working within the guidelines laid down by the late Dr. Stephen Covey. As such, we’re proactive, results-focused, believe that a win/win is always the best solution, listen hard and work well with our clients and partners.
