Quanta. Right from the start, we wanted to be ‘recruitment with a difference’.
When I established Quanta in 1992, the vision I had was to create a genuinely different kind of recruitment company… a company that provided a real service to clients and candidates.
Indeed, so different is our approach that even the term ‘recruitment agency’ doesn’t sit comfortably with me, as I do not believe it adequately describes what we do.
