Right from the start, we wanted to be ‘recruitment with a difference’
When I established Quanta in 1992, my vision was to create a genuinely different kind of recruitment company.
Indeed, so different is our approach that even the term ‘recruitment agency’ doesn’t sit comfortably with me, as I do not believe it adequately describes what we do.

At Quanta, we have a very focused vision. We want to:
- create and maintain real lasting partnerships with our clients, based on two-way trust and integrity.
- ensure that we always have a clear and concise understanding of our clients’ needs.
- deliver services which are based on defined processes and provide benefits that can be measured, both in terms of quality and improved business performance.
- provide win/win solutions for our customers and candidates.
We use these values and objectives as a way to measure the performance of our business and the performance of all those within it – including myself.
Working in this way has kept us focused on delivering greater results and being a company that both clients and candidates want to work with.
