About the team
Quanta’s life sciences recruitment team is headed up by Spencer Trigg, Guy Weekly, Caroline O’Sullivan, Daniel Miller and Richard Livings.
Spencer Trigg – director. Spencer leads a team which is focused on recruitment for life sciences greenfield projects. In addition, Spencer is responsible for the renewable energy recruitment team (specialising in offshore wind and solar technologies). The life sciences team has a global client base. Spencer has established his client portfolio by valuing honesty, integrity and transparency – and being able to deliver within tight timescales.
Guy Weekly – managing consultant – biotech/pharma. Guy has been providing recruitment solutions to technical sectors for over 16 years. Guy provides predominantly contingency-based solutions to life sciences organisations around the world.
Caroline O’Sullivan – managing consultant. Caroline joined Quanta in 2004; her core experience is within the life sciences, medical devices and chemical industries. She is especially knowledgeable within the areas of development, delivery and manufacturing, currently working with clients across Europe - including the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Holland and Norway.
Daniel Miller – principal consultant. Daniel has been with Quanta since 2008 and works as a senior business development consultant within the life sciences team. Daniel is tri-lingual and his specialism is new business development, candidate care and sourcing highly skilled individuals. Daniel has been instrumental in developing Quanta’s ability to source UK, Dutch, Belgian and German nationals.
Richard Livings – senior recruiter / account manager who specialises in recruiting skilled individuals for leading Life Science & Renewable Energy organisations in the areas that includes but not limited to: Project Management; Engineering; Operations; Quality; Regulatory & Compliance; Process; IT & Infrastructure.
Richard originally joined Quanta in 2008 and in his previous role he was in the Commodity Trading team. In this function Richard’s main responsibilities included leading the trading support team and his focus was to recruit for major energy/commodity trading organisations throughout Europe.
