Renewable energy, oil and gas recruitment team

Quanta’s renewable energies, oil and gas team has been supplying skills to the energy sectors since 2002.

About the team

Quanta’s renewable energies, petrochemical, oil and gas recruitment team is led by Spencer Trigg, and includes Martho Becht, Caroline O’Sullivan, Ian Jenkins and Vicky Miller.

Spencer Trigg – director. Spencer leads a team which is focused on recruitment across a broad range of traditional and renewable energy projects. Specialising in petrochemical, oil, gas and offshore wind and solar technologies, the team has a global client base. In addition, the team also manages life sciences ‘greenfield’ projects. Spencer has established his client portfolio by valuing honesty, integrity and transparency – and being able to deliver within tight timescales.

Martho Becht – recruitment consultant. Having joined Quanta in 2011, Martho’s role is to recruit skilled individuals for leading energy organisations, with a focus on offshore wind farms and exploration/production facilities within the oil and gas industry. He aims to further develop existing partnerships and to introduce Quanta’s services to energy research, development and production industries globally. Martho is tri-lingual: his native language is Dutch but he is also fluent in English and German.

Vicky Miller – Delivery consultant. Vicky joined Quanta in 2007; she specialises in candidate management, resourcing and networking with the most appropriate candidates for Quanta’s renewable energy, oil, gas and life sciences clients.

Caroline O’Sullivan – managing consultant. Caroline joined Quanta in 2004; she is leading a team which is focussed on oil and gas recruitment across a global client base. The oil and gas team is especially knowledgeable within the areas of discovery, development, delivery and manufacturing, for onshore, offshore, marine and subsea projects.

Ian Jenkins – Account Manager. Ian joined Quanta in 2009; his core experience is within life sciences and oil & gas. He manages several key accounts across Europe – and focuses on all aspects of engineering disciplines within these industries.
