About the team
Quanta’s telecoms recruitment team is led by Mark Bartlett.
Mark Bartlett – principal consultant. Mark joined Quanta in 2006 following his graduation from university. Mark is the key account manager for Quanta’s largest telecoms client – and has an exceptional ability to both identify suitable candidates and motivate his team to follow his high standards.

Quanta has a proven track record in delivering a broad range of technically skilled people within the telecoms sector. We work with organisations across multiple locations (often covering Europe or even the world) to deliver candidates with skills in core network, RAN, RF planning, basestation design, BSS and many other areas.
We provide specialist skills and resources into research & development departments, for network rollouts/SWAP projects – and other areas of telecoms such as OSS, BSS and CRM.
