One of the reasons that we’re keen for our customers to see us as far more than a recruitment company is because we believe, at our heart, we have two fundamental strengths which are rare in the recruitment industry:
- We don’t believe that all resourcing problems are best solved by simply hiring new people – even when this appears to be the obvious solution. Therefore, we provide a range of resourcing services that go way beyond recruitment.
- We listen to our customers and work with them to understand their issues. Only then do we feel that we can provide the most relevant and effective solution. We have an honest approach that tries to identify the cause of the problem in order to recommend the solution that will work best.
Long-term relationships, built on integrity and trust
For us to successfully work in a way that goes beyond recruitment, we develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. We believe that we can do this because we continually demonstrate our integrity and honesty when working with clients - in short, we don’t try to turn every communication into an opportunity to place a contractor or a permanent recruit.
Throwing new people at them doesn’t solve all resourcing issues. Sometimes, it’s more effective to train the people you already have, or perhaps reassign them. Sometimes, the issue isn’t around the people, but around how the people are resourced and managed. We always try to find the most effective solution – and that doesn’t automatically mean ‘new people’.
