It’s important to us that our candidates and contractors are happy: the best way we can do that, in our experience, is to place them in the most relevant positions and to pay them promptly. We also believe in being frank and honest, because close relationships aren’t built on anything other than mutual trust.

Matching candidates to precisely the right roles

Quanta places a lot of emphasis on matching people to the best roles – it’s important that people have the skills which organisations are seeking, and that they will fit in easily with the company’s culture. We work closely with both clients and candidates to understand what each needs and offers. This enables us to make more intelligent decisions when placing people into roles – and ensures a more successful outcome.

Paying contractors promptly

At the end of the day, we all work to earn money; so getting paid quickly is always high on a contractor’s agenda. To support this, we typically pay contractors within three working days of receipt of their invoice. There’s nothing mercenary or shallow in wanting to be paid on time!

Building long-term relationships

We want contractors and candidates to like working with Quanta and want to come back to us again and again. To make this a reality, we work hard supporting our candidates and contractors, communicating with them regularly and ensuring that we meet their needs as fully as possible.
