Candidates

What our candidates say:

I have used Quanta many times. I always findthem to be understanding of our requirements, while maintaining a friendly, yet professional, approach. Supplied CVs are obviously filtered by Quanta prior to forwarding to myself, to ensure that proposed candidates closely match our requirements. Major bio-pharma company

Candidate care shouldn’t just be a welcome pack or a defined programme – it should be an ethos of respect that runs through everything a recruitment company does.

We believe that candidate care isn’t what you do, but more the way that you do it. It’s how you treat people – care isn’t something that should be policy, but how you act, think and behave in every interaction with a person.

We treat candidates as if they were customers

At Quanta, our candidates are every bit as important as our customers – without them and their loyalty, we simply don’t have an effective business.

Helping candidates at home and away

A key part of what we offer to candidates is helping to make their lives significantly easier when they are working away from home – whether that’s for a short or extended time. The ‘little things’ you take for granted at home are significant issues when you are in an unknown town or country. Accommodation, transport, medical help, hospitals, schools and even babysitters – all of these become time-consuming headaches that erode free time and diminish the benefits of working away.

We provide as much support as possible, helping people with day-to-day issues – and with the more complex requirements, such as advice on local law, tax compliance and so on.

Continuity of contact

Our candidates typically work with a named person within Quanta – usually the resourcer or account manager – to ensure that they build up a relationship with us and can get issues solved quickly. More practically, our candidates also want to be paid quickly – so they have a direct line of contact into our accounts department.
