Permanent sales consultants
We’re looking to hire permanent sales professionals to join our outstanding sales team.
We’re looking for permanent sales professionals who can work well within a team – and work closely with clients in a friendly and professional way. At Quanta, we establish and maintain friendly relationships with our clients – so we don’t want to expose them to the hard-nosed sales techniques.
The permanent sales consultant is responsible for finding and developing new business contacts, to help generate requests for the placement of permanent staff.
The role includes a substantial amount of investigative and marketing work to help generate new sales leads. Our permanent sales consultants introduce Quanta to potential clients in a professional way, arranging meetings where possible to present the benefits of working with Quanta and to secure authorisation for us to supply staff to the client.
The permanent sales consultant also ensures that, within clients which Quanta supports, all key decision-makers are introduced to, and are aware of, our range of services.
Having generated the requests for permanent staff, the permanent sales consultant is also responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates – either by working alone or with a resourcer.
Key areas of the role:
- Undertaking searches on the company’s database, to find suitable candidates and discuss opportunities with them – and maintaining their records, including obtaining recent CVs.
- Networking within the candidate community to get to know them and to obtain referrals – this includes telephone work in the evenings.
- Liaising with the ‘evening team’ if their help is required.
- The preparation of CVs to send to clients.
- Arranging interviews and providing travel information to candidates.
- Helping candidates with logistics information, such as tax and social costs – if the placement is outside the UK.
- Creating the required contract documentation.
- Helping new employees with accommodation, travel and registration formalities.
- Maintaining contact with the new employee and the client to ensure that issues and problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Keeping full and complete records within the company’s information systems.
To apply this position, please send us an e-mail, along with your CV, and we’ll arrange an informal discussion at a time to suit you.
