Resourcers
We’re looking for experienced resourcers to join our high-performance resourcing team.
If you’re great at resourcing, planning and keeping several opportunities on the go at the same time, we’d love to hear from you.
Working within the resource delivery team, our resourcers locate suitable people to be placed within our clients, on a contract or permanent basis. Resourcers work closely with the sales teams, to put forward candidates that have been pre-qualified against the specific job specification.
Our resourcers also help candidates with logistical information to help them when they are working – for instance providing basic tax and living cost information, along with details for travel and accommodation. Our contractors are important to us – we treat them both as family and as if they were customers – and provide a high level of support to help them fulfil their roles.
Key areas of the role:
- Working closely with the team leader to prioritise assignments.
- Undertaking searches on Quanta’s database to find suitable candidates.
- Obtaining current CVs.
- Networking with candidates to learn more about them and their abilities.
- Preparing and sending advertising copy to recruitment Web sites.
- Preparing and sending qualified CVs to clients.
- Providing back-up to the sales team, where required, to help arrange interviews and provide travel information to candidates.
- Helping contractors and successfully placed candidates with logistics information such as accommodation, travel, currency, tax, social costs and registration formalities.
- Keeping full and complete records within the company’s information systems.
