Finding a team of validation specialists for a global pharmaceuticals company
When a global pharmaceuticals company, based in Europe, needed to find a team of validation specialists over a period of a year, Quanta was able to help.
The company was implementing an important new process in its drug-substance facilities – and would need around fifty validation specialists to validate the processes and equipment to be used.
Quanta worked closely with the client to fully understand the role – and was able to develop a forward-loading process that enabled the client to properly plan its resources (both internal and external) more effectively. This identified that, with proper planning and controls, the number of new people needed to be introduced was just thirty.
Quanta was then able to locate the required thirty validation specialists, working within its extensive network of pharmaceuticals professionals – and subsequently placed them into the roles. They were able to complete the client’s project on time.
The overall result was a far more effective solution than simply ‘throwing people at the problem’ – demonstrating Quanta’s commitment to reducing clients’ costs.
