      <title>Project Manager UK, Europe J010542</title>
      <description>Our client, a leader in the Defence and Aerospace markets, are currently looking to expand their team with an experienced Project Manager to co-ordinate activities on a number of contracts, providing technical input to the development of their products from concept, production build and operational acceptance. 

The Role:
-Management of projects to time and cost
-Leading bid preparation activities as required
-Co-ordination of the team and resources assigned to the projects
-Provision of management information reporting on progress (internally and externally)
-Development of customer relationships
-Development of appropriate recovery plans to achieve milestones as required
-Assisting the team to develop creative solutions to technical problems

About you:
-Broad systems / software/ electronics / mechanical engineering experience with ideally some commercial or other managerial exposure
-Team leader / project management experience with a small technical team
-Degree in an appropriate technical discipline 
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Project or equivalent 
-Exposure to project management methodologies such as PRINCE
-Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness

      <description>Our client, a world leader in the aviation industry, serving some of the most prolific organisations on the planet, is currently seeking a Liaison Engineer to provide swift solutions to production problems related to engineering aspects

The role:
-Prepare Production Change notes to overcome potential problems with engineering data
-Draft drawing updates
-Liaise with EMC group leaders, stress engineers and designers as required to ensure that relevant parties are informed about proposed solutions
-Track all necessary drawing changes until completion
-Prepare engineering documentation for implementation and approval of deviations from previously approved data
-Assist with inspection of discrepancies and estimation time with suppliers for remedial action

About you:
-Degree educated in relevant engineering discipline plus proven experience in a similar role
-Highly familiar with aviation specifications and manufacturer's technical data
-Expansive knowledge and experience in all aspects of VIP interior engineering including structures, systems, cabinets and design issues
-Highly proficient in general computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, Adobe, photo software etc.) and excellent skills in AutoCAD
-Very good knowledge of English (written, spoken and read)
-French and German advantageous

The role:

-Responsible to perform resource &amp; capacity planning with budgetary control
-Secure the design &amp; development, testing and qualification of all mechanical systems, weight &amp; balance, weight reduction and acoustics tasks for all completion projects
-Liaise and coordinate with production and other departments
-Complete on cost/budget and quality targets per project
-Support the definition of system concept and architectures
-Plan and perform all necessary activities for system development, installation and testing
-Plan all required deliverables related to the system quality and performance
-Build external partnerships for selected engineering services (subcontractors) 

About you:

-Substantial and proven experience working in Aviation sector
