      <title>Planning Performance Reporting Manager South East, UK J010475</title>
      <description>A Planning, Performance and Reporting Manager is urgently required for a leading utility company based in Berkshire.  The opportunity is a newly created post and the primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of the wind farm asset portfolio and drive forward multi-site strategic initiatives.  You will also develop the strategic and business plans for the business and identifying areas of operational improvement. Finally you will be responsible for delivering a range of projects designed to either deliver value or streamline processes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HS&amp;E policy, processes and plans. 
- Management of the strategic &amp; business planning process, support the prioritisation of asset investment decisions across the portfolio and prepare the Strategic Plan/Business Plan for the renewable assets and for monitoring delivery against the plan.
- Ensuring that processes and systems exist for collating the information required for cross asset benchmarking.
- The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of, cross asset projects 
- To undertake adhoc analysis 

There will be a fair amount of Health and Safety to adhere to including:
- To support accident and incident investigations where requested 
- Ensure that contractors have the necessary skills and competence to complete their work without detriment to their health, the environment or members of the public
- Identify all risks relating to operations and activities Ensure that the health &amp; safety of members of the public is not compromised by the acts or omissions of persons working under your control
- Ensure that suitable HSE records are kept and, where required by policy, forwarded to the HSE Manager
