Expert planning and managing of recruitment and resourcing projects

To plan recruitment and resourcing projects of all sizes, Quanta has developed its own methodology, called RESPECT.

RESPECT provides Quanta with a defined process to assess clients’ needs and recommend the most suitable solution.

We begin by understanding the reason why an organisation has contacted us. The stated reason may be to find a new person, but we also explore the underlying business issues that have created the need. In some cases, this may suggest that simply bringing in new people won’t provide anything more than a temporary fix – and that there may be a more suitable solution.

RESPECT provides us with a framework to then fully assess all of the factors surrounding the client’s need. It’s an in-depth information-gathering process that provides us with a far clearer picture – structured in a consistent way – than would otherwise be possible.

Using this information, we are then able to discuss with the client the various recruitment and resourcing services that would provide a solution to the defined need. Again, this is detailed, so that the client has a clear understanding of what the solution entails and what the expected outcomes are.

Because every organisation’s needs are different, RESPECT flows more like a mind map than a process chart – providing the flexibility for us to rapidly progress to the most relevant solution without requiring customers to step through rigidly prescribed routines.

RESPECT works – it helps us to live up to our claim that we aren’t ‘just a recruitment agency’ by providing a framework to explore real needs and objectively identify the most relevant solution.
