One of the UK?s leading outsourcing Companies are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Team Leader to Manage and lead the European Technology Project Management team.
The successful Solutions Architect Team Leader will have an extensive background of managing complex cross function and technology projects.
The Role
- Team leadership & Management
- Evolve architecture and integrate with technology process.
- Develop high-level architectural design frameworks
- Work with client implementation teams to finalise client technology footprints.
- Create and maintain internal and client-ready architectural diagrams and documentation.
- Educate others in IS and the business regarding architectural standards and practices.
- Work closely with our technology development teams to ensure application architectures are consistent with desired deployment models.
- Perform 3rd party technology risk assessment
- Lead assessments of IT and Technical architectures; with a solid cross-section of exposure covering data, applications, network & security topics
Role Requirements
- Strong experience in a technical role / environment
- Proven technical design experience
- Management / Team Lead / Coaching experience
- Network and Operating System Security
- Multiple Operating Systems (Solaris, Unix, Windows)
- Client/Server and Multi-tier Architectures
- Application Architectures, including Windows .NET or J2EE
- Communications and Networking Architectures
- Ability to manage to project timelines and outcomes for projects
- Strong technical aptitude
