Vacancy details
Technical Service Delivery Manager is required to join the worlds leading Global Document Management Technology and Services Organisation based in their Mitcheldean Office, Gloucestershire. This role will offer you the opportunity to work within a structured global team fulfilling the document centered service needs of this organisation and many of their global external customers. The Technical Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing technology service delivery to the client to improve productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for managing technology service delivery for a multimillion pound client
- 3rd party supplier management across many functions including IT infrastructure, telecommunications and hardware suppliers ensuring SLA’s are in place, negotiated and reviewed
- Manage service delivery employees
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of managing prime customer contact level in a technical environment
- Service delivery management experience having lead high quality service delivery to customers in areas such as IT infrastructure, Telecommunications, applications etc
- Strong people management
- Experience in 3rd party supplier management
- Outsourcing bids from pre-sales to successful implementations
- Contract negotiations and supplier management
