A leading European Energy Trading company is looking for a Business Information Manager to join their ADM Trading Team with a focus on continental power and carbon trading. This is a highly important front office role within the business and will see the successful candidate interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders and staff. Bi-lingual German and English speaking candidates are highly sought after.

Responsibilities

Develop power and carbon trading domain with departmental heads and senior stakeholders
Review exiting business set up and provide beneficial changes but reporting on possible risks and issues
Consider and report on possible business change across the existing IT landscape
Take on full CRM Customer Relationship Management
Work with Solution Architects and manage the analysis and design phase of projects including needs, demands, functional and conceptual design
Manage Business Analysts and domain-aligned projects

Experience required

Bilingual English and German candidates are preferred
Trading environment experience and understanding is essential
Specific experience of the energy sector and power and carbon domain is needed
Exposure to all stages of the IT development lifecycle
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience of delivering business wide projects in excess of £500k
Line management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel and work throughout Europe
