A major Semiconductor manufacturer has an urgent requirement for a Metrology Test Engineer to work within Development & Engineering. As a Test Engineer you will contribute to the Measurement & Performance Control (MPC) department which develops, integrates and qualifies functional modules and application packages in the area of water metrology (critical dimension & overlay) and wafer fab applications (performance and control applications). The work will be based in the Netherlands and is an opportunity to work with an organisation that has a large focus on innovation within the Semiconductor industry.
Job Mission
- To determine the software quality by verifying and testing the project deliveries of the software teams.
Job Description
- Specification, definition and implementation of the test cases.
- Definition and maintenance of the test procedures.
- Execution of the weekly validation and alpha tests.
- Reporting on the test results and test progress.
- Submission, dispatching and follow up on the found issues with the project teams.
Experience in one of the following areas
- 3-5 years experience in testing and test automation, being familiar with different test techniques and experience in applying these.
Educational Level
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science affinity with testing and test automation.
Personal Skills
- Strong communicator who is a self starter ? Flexible, results driven
Additional / Preferred Skills
- ISEB certified, knowledge of C# / .Net
