Business Consultant required to join a one of the world`s leading providers of telecom services and solutions who are rapidly expanding worldwide. The Business Consultant will join the OSS/BSS Solution Sales Department holding responsibility for understanding the customer`s needs and aligning those needs with the product and service offerings. This is a long term contract opportunity based in Germany.
The Role
- The Business Consultant will be accountable for new or existing clients in a defined territory, managing the pre-sales process and work with technical staff to deliver all technical aspects of the pre-sales activities of the client.
- Creation and execution of customer-specific presentations
- Presenting technical demonstrations
- Working with sales people on the execution of specific sales strategies
- Documentation of customer feedback
- Support sales planning and client strategy
- Actively improve customer experience, manage customer expectations
- Managing bid proposals
- Support in handover to project team
- Influence of product and services revenue
Essential Skills and Requirements
- 8 + years of work experience on Telecom/IT Vendor or Telecom Carrier
- A deep understanding of the main solutions in BSS or OSS domain
- Familiarity with the industrial BSS/OSS framework, Business Process, IT Planning, IT Transformation
- Familiar with one of the following domain: BSS total solution, OSS total solution, BSS/OSS solution integration, BSS/OSS/IT managed services.
- Experience of solution sales.
- An efficient communicator with a motivation to succeed
- Able to solve problems under pressure.
