Senior Ab Initio Consultant / Developer required to join an established and recognised Ab Initio client environment. The Client Ab Initio practice is highly regarded and is a complex Architecture providing the successful applicants with a challenging and rewarding Technical domain as well as a supportive and fast changing working environment.
The Role
Applicants are required to have strong Data Warehousing knowledge and experience and to have in-depth knowledge and skills using Ab Initio. Our client requires solid experience using version 2.13 and above and is currently running version 2.15. Applicants should feel comfortable dealing with a multi-phased, Parallel, Multi-File environment and metadata programming.
With some exciting projects already planned for 2010, this position will provide the candidate with an excellent opportunity to join a very strong (Multi Discipline) Ab Initio Technical team. You will also get involved in the full lifecycle of development as well as cross trained in other BI / DW technologies and practices (SAS, BO, etc.).
Skills
- Ab Initio (Experience of Version 2.13 and above)
- Ab Initio Certification
- Computer Science / Software Engineering Qualification (Degree level) Desirable.
- Any experience with Netezza highly advantageous.
