Latest survey puts Quanta on pole position

Results from Quanta’s quarterly customer satisfaction survey have just been released, showing that both clients and candidates rate their service quality as ‘Excellent’

Specialist recruitment services consultancy, Quanta, regularly encourage clients, candidates and contractors to give honest feedback on their performance as a supplier – at all stages in the recruitment life-cycle.

This quarter, additional attention has been placed on contractors ending their assignment – with the aim of assessing whether the ‘Quanta experience’ genuinely stood the test of time.  The results have been extremely positive with both clients and candidates willing to rate Quanta as ‘Excellent’ on average in all assessed areas.

Key highlights of the survey:

Candidates

  • 94% of candidates surveyed would recommend Quanta to friends or colleagues 
  • 92% of candidates surveyed state that Quanta provided them with suitable work opportunities.
  • 82% of candidates surveyed state the Quanta provide an effective and professional service – We’ve got room for improvement!

Contractors completing their assignments

  • 100% of contractors confirm that Quanta dealt with their Invoice & timesheets queries in a timely and professional manner

Clients

  • 100% of clients surveyed state the Quanta provide an effective and professional service
  • 100% of clients surveyed would recommend Quanta’s services
  • 100% of clients surveyed confirmed that the initial communication with Quanta was clear and concise
  • 100% of clients surveyed stated that Quanta fully qualified and understood their requirements and needs
