We regularly send out questionnaires to candidates and clients at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle (pre interview, post interview and post assignment) and ask for feedback on their personal experiences of Quanta. Here are some of the latest results.

Across the recruitment industry there are a number of standard
Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) that help organisations monitor
and measure their performance. Typically these would be
CV:Interview ratios, Interview:Placement ratios and ultimately
CV:Placement ratios. As well as tracking these (and other)
KPI’s, at Quanta we are firm believers in the importance of finding
out what our ‘customers’ think about our service.
We regularly send out questionnaires to candidates and clients at

results. It’s good to see that what we believe to be important is
confirmed by the feedback!...
Our candidate’s feedback:
- 93.6% of candidates would refer friends / colleagues to Quanta.
- 81.6% of candidates ‘strongly agreed’ that Quanta provided an effective and professional service, a further 12.3% ‘slightly agreed’.
- 88.2% of candidates say Quanta provided them with suitable work opportunities.
Our contractor’s feedback:
- 100% of contractors ‘strongly agreed’ that Quanta dealt with their invoices and timesheets in a timely and professional manner.
- 92.3% of contractors ‘strongly agreed’ that their point of contact within Quanta was approachable and supportive throughout their assignment.
- 100% of candidates would be pleased to recommend the services of Quanta to other professional associates.
Our client’s feedback:
- 100% of clients ‘strongly agreed’ that Quanta provide an effective and professional service.
- 100% of clients ‘strongly agreed’ that Quanta fully qualified and understood their requirements.
- 100% of clients would be pleased to recommend Quanta to colleagues and other business associates.

In the same questionnaires we also request specific comments from individuals, this helps us to understand what we are doing well, but equally enables us to identify potential areas for improvement. We don’t profess to be perfect, but we do strive to constantly learn and improve!”
