First Quarter Surveys

Quarter 1 Candidate Survey Results Are In!!!

Feedback is critical for any company to assess how they are being received and to highlight any potential problem areas. Fortunately at Quanta, our feedback is usually very positive, as is the case in our 2010 Quarter 1 summary.

We read every survey that is returned to us and the feedback is greatly appreciated, below is a summary of what we were told:

Pre-Assignment

  • 100% agreed that “Quanta provide an effective and professional service”
  • 96.3% said they were “provided with a clear understanding of the job role and responsibilities prior to interview”
  • 92.3% said they were “provided with prompt and accurate feedback following their interview”
  • 100% said they were provided with “suitable work opportunities”
  • 100% said they would “refer friends / colleagues to Quanta”
