The Dawn of a new approach to resourcing and recruitment.
Quanta uses a comprehensive set of recruitment and resourcing services, called Quanta Sensus, to provide clients with the best possible solutions to their recruitment and resourcing needs.
Sensus was born from our belief that recruitment is just one way to solve resourcing issues – and that to provide an unbiased and complete service, a more wide-ranging range of solutions should be provided.
The result of two years’ extensive research
Quanta spent two years researching and analysing clients’ resourcing needs, identifying trends and demands – before developing Sensus, a suite of resourcing and recruitment services that truly sets Quanta apart.
Sensus is a modular methodology – allowing us to apply just the most relevant services to a resourcing issue or, if required, provide a complete end-to-end resourcing and recruitment solution.
Making the most of what you already have
When faced with a resourcing issue, it’s all too easy to believe that recruitment is the only answer – but it isn’t. Often, training, optimisation or change can provide a more robust solution. For this reason, recruitment is just one of a range of services that we provide – and we often find ways for clients to make more of the people they already have before embarking on a recruitment programme.
A strategic, unbiased view
Sensus enables Quanta to offer a broader range of resourcing solutions. We’re not tied to ‘recruitment’ being our only answer to a resourcing problem. This enables us to offer more valuable, unbiased recruitment and resourcing advice to clients that allows a significantly more strategic approach to be taken.
Clients that have adopted the Sensus model tell us that they benefit in many ways, including:
- gaining a greater understanding of their people – and the contribution and value they bring to the organisation.
- enabling their people to better understand and share in the goals of the organisation.
- helping the organisation prepare for and respond to change – rapidly and effectively.
- gaining a demonstrable improvement in organisational communication and knowledge retention.
