Quanta make the ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ for a second year running
On the 20th of February 2019, Quanta were proud to celebrate yet more award success! The Best Companies awards, run by The Sunday Times were held at the glamorous location of Battersea Evolution, where Quanta secured a mighty 40th place in the prestigious list.
The list of top companies is based on a survey, which is completed by every member of each company. A variety of aspects were assessed including:
- Leadership – confidence in those that run the organisation
- The strength of the company’s values/beliefs
- What is given back to the local and wider community
- Whether people feel that they are able to make a contribution to the business
On all of the above facets, Quanta received a 98% agreement rate.
The awards set out to recognise a level of excellence in the workplace - the expertise, consistency, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually strive for.
Last year, Quanta made the list and were placed 65th in the 100 slot rankings, but this year had climbed to a rank of 40th.
This award joins Quanta’s trophy shelf; having previously being awarded a prestigious Princess Royal Training award in 2018, named as one of 1000 Companies to Inspire Europe, achieving Business of the Year at the Hertfordshire Business Awards and receiving a 3 Star Best Companies accreditation in 2018 and 2019 for their ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement (amongst others!).
Spencer Trigg, Director of Quanta Consultancy Services said:
“Yet another very proud achievement for the business. One that means a huge amount as this is critiqued by the individuals that make up the Quanta family, so for them to recognise and value the business in this manner is absolutely awesome!
