Franziska became a member of our team in 2014, joining Quanta as a Delivery Executive. She was working in a customer service role but was ready for a change and looking to develop her career. She saw a job advertised at Quanta and really liked the sound of what we do and our values, and our focus on delivering high-quality service was a big draw for Franziska. Almost seven years on, and she has made the move into a Key Account Manager role. Read on to hear what Franziska is most excited about in her new role, and why she’d recommend Quanta as a place to work.

What motivated you to move from a Delivery Executive role into sales?

I was a Delivery Executive for over six years, and I really enjoyed working with candidates, however I was keen to gain more responsibility. It felt like the right time to make the move and get experience working on the client-side. As a Key Account Manager for the DACH region (Austria, Germany, and Switzerland), I get to use my native language and be involved in the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.

What are you most excited about with this new career move?

I feel that I can bring something unique to this role, being a native German speaker.

My focus is on strengthening our existing relationships with our clients in the DACH region, building our reputation and growing brand awareness. It is really exciting to be working with world-leading pharmaceutical organisations and be a part of the Covid-19 response team at Quanta, helping our clients by supplying highly skilled consultants to support them during their COVID projects.

Is there anyone that has played a large part in your success at Quanta?

The whole management team has been extremely supportive throughout the years I have been working here. If you want to develop in your career, they will create an opportunity for you and will give you the chance to grow within the business. Not every company will do this.

They also offer flexibility for working parents and were very understanding when I was juggling my work with home schooling throughout the pandemic.

Would you recommend Quanta as a place to work?

Oh, definitely! ‘One team’ is a value that I see every day at Quanta. If anyone needs support, the team are happy to help and share their knowledge. Quanta are very different from other recruitment agencies, not just in terms of the service we deliver, but also how the managers look after every employee. We are expected to work hard, but we enjoy our work. I know that my manager respects me as a person, so it makes me want to do my best for the company.

Lastly, I’d say what makes Quanta unique is that we never stop looking for new ways to develop and improve our service. Our expansion into the US market is a prime example.

Do you want to make a difference?

If you want to unite people with life changing industries, then Quanta could be the place for you. We’re looking for talented people who want to help us make a difference. At Quanta, we love to see our team progress and take on new roles in the company.
