Assistant Superintendent - Data Centers - San Antonio, Texas - 6-Months Contract 


Our client, a leading Data Centers organisation in the US require the support of a Assistant Superintendent for their San Antonio based project.

Since 2008, this organisation has been focused on supporting enterprise and hyperscale customers with customised data center solutions. Their exceptional reputation in the industry comes from their extensive experience providing customized turnkey development and facility management to data hall operations, critical construction services and sustainability.


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
  • Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
  • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
  • Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution
  • Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in the Construction Industry
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent on another construction project
  • Data Center experience is preferred but not essential
