Automation Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – Northern Ireland

Are you an Automation Engineer located in Northern Ireland and looking for an opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies? We have the role for you! Automation Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the automation remit within site projects, including:
    • Site specification
    • Design
    • Development
    • Installation
    • Testing
    • Administration of control systems
    • Ensure all activities are carried out to the highest industrial and pharmaceutical standard.
About you:
  • Automation / IT qualification or degree
  • 5+ years Automation experience working within a Life Sciences environment.
  • Experience of specification, design, installation, commissioning, integration of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS etc)
  • Experience of industrial automation networking
  • Experience of field instrumentation in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Understanding of low voltage electrical designs and drawings
  • Experience of providing support, maintenance, or system administration for existing automation systems
