Automation Engineer - Global Pharmaceutical Company - Capital Project - South Leinster - 8 month contract

With global demand for their life-changing oncology treatment increasing; one of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for two Automation Engineers to join their team to support a €500 million expansion project in Leinster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the art fill-finish facility and the company’s first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for the delivery of either the Building Management Systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems; to support the expansion project onsite.
  • Develop and/or review SDLC deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Requirements Specifications
    • Requirements Traceability Matrix
    • Functional Specification
    • Design Specification
    • Code Review
    • Test specification/test script
Requirements:
  • At least three years’ experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • BMS Engineer = Strong experience in at least one of the following systems: Siemens Desigo CC/Insight, Xworks and PX controllers. Technical proficiency on control systems.
  • MES Engineer = Strong experience in at least one of the following systems: MES Werum PasX OSI PI. Expert knowledge of GAMP5.
