C&Q Lead – Pharmaceuticals – Belgium

Do you want to be part of a forward thinking global pharmaceutical client who have facilities in over 60 countries worldwide? Then this is the next step for you! One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced C&Q Lead to oversee one of their current Qualification & Validation projects which is an extension to their current CAR-T project.

Typical Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Management of C&Q project execution by a C&Q Contractor team to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality. The C&Q partner team is entirely responsible for all elements of C&Q execution including Document Preparation, Execution, Report Generation, Discrepancy Management.
  • Leading the planning and progress tracking of activities with the assigned C&Q partner.
  • Chairing weekly Workstream Meetings.
  • Participating in weekly Core Team Meetings.
  • Liaising with the various stakeholders on the Project and Site teams to ensure clear communication between all parties.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry including Capital Projects and C&Q experience.
  • Proven knowledge of C&Q methodologies and current industry guides and practices.
  • Strong experience and understanding of Laboratory Equipment and Temperature Controlled Unit Qualification.
  • Strong capability to collaborate with C&Q stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control personnel.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate ideas to influence others.
  • Previous experience of working in Belgium would be advantageous.
