Civil QA/QC Inspector

Civil QA/QC Inspector – Onshore Wind – Sweden

Quanta are supporting a leading renewable energy developer/utility with the search for a Civil QA/QC Inspector on a contractor/freelance basis. This exciting role would be based on site which is located North of Stockholm. You would be supporting one of the largest onshore projects in Europe.

You will be working with the Owner’s Engineer team to support then with the QA/QC activities for the roads, crane pads, drainage, cable trenching and foundations.

Main Responsibilities 

• Responsible for QA/AC of the civil work to ensure execution is in line with Contract, AMA and applicable permit
• Supporting the Engineering and BoP Manager with respect to assessing technical documentation before payment approval
• Liaise with subcontractors for solving technical issues
• Support the Environmental Manager to check and resolve permit issues.

Key Qualifications

• The candidate will have a Construction and/or Engineering background with clear academic and practical skills within the disciplines stated in the scope of Work. 
• The Candidate must be fluent in Swedish and they must have a high standard of written and spoken English as project communications are implemented in English.
