Cleaning Validation Engineer

Cleaning Process Expert required to develop cleaning procedures for a global pharmaceutical organisation on an exciting CAPEX project introducing new technology to site. 

This role is a contract position and has the potential for flexible working hours if required along with some flexibility to work from home potentially if you are not based locally to site. This contract is for 6 months initially with a strong chance of extending to 12 months.

CAPEX investment project to introduce new production technologies.

What will the role involve?

You will be acting as the Cleaning Process SME / Cleaning Process Expert who will be responsible for developing a cleaning process and writing cleaning validation protocols from scratch for a new manufacturing process being bought to site. There will be both new and existing equipment being used.  

You will need to liaise with suppliers in order to source suitable cleaning products as well as speak to senior stakeholders and members of the Cleaning Validation team to implement correct cleaning procedures.

What experience do you need?

We are looking for:

• Strong GMP manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience developing cleaning processes for Waxy Polymer / slurry textured products.
• Experience can be gained from the Pharmaceutical, Food or Chemicals industries.
• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• New material introduction experience
