They offer comprehensive global services that cover the entire product life cycle, including Clinical, post-submission Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Auditing, and cutting-edge automation solutions.
Clinical Safety Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage Clinical Safety projects, in cooperation with the Project Manager.
- Execute project tasks.
- Delegate activities to other team members within the unit.
- Perform tasks based on set project profitability.
- Anticipate, avoid and migrate any risks in project delivery, or proactively initiate corrective actions.
- Deliver solutions to issues in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-functional teamwork, based on transparency, trust and clear communication, to ensure full compliance of the project activities.
- Constantly seek for and implement client and internal feedback to improve the efficiency and quality of work within assigned projects.
- Seek additional business development opportunities.
- Improvement of Clinical Safety processes, ensuring a smooth run of the project, tasks, and processes; ability to capture all running projects, tasks and processes.
- Train junior colleagues working on similar projects.
- Escalate technical/project issues to the Deputy Head of Clinical Safety Management.
