CMMS Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – Contract – Toulouse

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a CMMS Engineer to join their capital project in the South of France. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a CMMS Engineer to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the CMMS Engineer you will be responsible for the implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

CMMS Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for CMMS - Maximo
  • Organise calibration, engineering, assisting the building, populating and managing the Master Project Database (MPD) which will be central to all CQV execution efforts
  • Liaise with A&E firm to ensure timely handover of all Engineering Deliverables
  • Liaise with Vendors in relation to spare parts listing for all equipment.
  • Assist with the review all vendor spares information, prior to download into MPD.
  • Liaise with construction group to ensure all Receipt Verification (RV) requirements are met
  • Assist the CQV Lead MPD Engineer to create and coordinate all Receipt Verification (RV) and Installation Qualification (IQ) checksheets
  • Liaise with Construction, CQV and CMMS Units in relation to RV/IQ deliverables
About you:
  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline
  • French fluency (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Maximo experience
  • Previous experience writing SOPs
