Commissioning Coordinator - German Speaking - 6-months contract - Frankfurt

Commissioning Coordinator contract opportunity, to support a world leading biopharmaceutical client in the Frankfurt area.

TASKS:
• Represent the commissioning manager on the client side
1. Interface role to construction and commissioning management of Engineering office
• Coordination – interfaces with scheduler to pull information on prerequisites to be delivered by customer
• Coordination – interfaces w/ commissioning manager of Engineering Office 
• Participate in daily coordination meetings on the commissioning site
• 1st point of contact in regards to customer commissioning organization
2. Interface role into customer organization
• Drive delivery of customer deliverables to the construction/commissioning site (infrastructure, consumables, LOTO Equipment, media/buffer, Documents, etc.)
• Coordinate customer internal commissioning preparation activities (tracking of onboarding schedule, tracking of equipment and consumables orders, tracking of documents, other)
• Reporting of status of deliverables of customer organization, identification of issues and proactive resolution
• Validate customer resource organization against commissioning needs and provide prioritization proposals
• Collect needs/challenges of customer organization and align these with Engineering Office Commissioning Management
3. Coordination and support of Engineers Team post commissioning during handover phase
• Detail activities to be developed

PROFILE AND KEY SKILLS:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commissioning activities
• Industry and sectors: pharmaceutical CAPEX project s or related industries, plant commissioning, and/or commissioning
• Strong experience in customer matrix organizations
• LOTO experienced
• Ability to communicate excellently in both oral and written format with different levels of project colleagues and organizational stakeholders
• Strong people skills
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent individual
• Professional in Microsoft Excel and MS Project
• Experienced in SAP
• German: fluent
• English: fluent
