Quanta’s Contracts & Compliance team provide valuable support to the business to enable the company to remain compliant with global legislation and company requirements.
This role will enable you to gain global compliance experience and exposure. We Work across 30 different countries worldwide and partner some of the world's leading Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and ICT companies, providing contract & permanent recruitment services.
No two days within the Contract & Compliance team are the same, the Compliance Executive will interact at all levels across the business, including regular interaction with our Commercial Manager, Contract Administrator, Business Support team, and the Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to deal directly with our external suppliers, contractors and clients, in order to investigate and resolve any queries around compliance. Acting as first point of contact in the team for candidate-based compliance enquiries
As our contractors travel to new, exciting projects worldwide, you will assist in identifying compliant, commercially viable business solutions in new geographical locations. Providing guidance on legislative changes in the global employment / contract market and ensuring the Company remains compliant.
To enable you to deliver this critical role you will receive continuous training, development and support from the Contracts Manager as well as our dedicated staff development coaches. Our team have structured, clear and achievable career development plans to allow growth and progression.
We are looking for;
- Experience within a compliance function (ideally either recruitment based or umbrella company).
- Knowledge of compliance/legal procedures.
- Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- An understanding of engagement processes for professional contractors.
