Construction Manager

One of our pharmaceutical clients - a global healthcare leader - is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team close to the picturesque and historical city of Cork; which is cementing itself as a hub of pharmaceutical activity. The site is renowned for manufacturing excellence and plays a vital role in the company's large-scale microbial operations worldwide. 

As a Construction Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring that the EPCM manages the design, construction, commissioning and qualification, schedule and cost in collaboration with other project team members, outside contractors and vendors.
• Attend field walk downs as client CM Representative to ensure that appropriate standards are being met with installations.
• Drive initiatives such as Quality Audit Metrics, Right First Time, Modular Construction approach .

If you have 10 years’ experience delivering capital projects in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and have a solid understanding of the project life-cycle, from concept through to qualification; then we want to hear from you!
