Construction Project Delivery Manager – Data Centre- Permanent- Germany

Our client, a developer of multi-customer and hyperscale data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Delivery Manager to join their current project in the Germany. They have a strong portfolio of constructing world-class critical infrastructure and are chosen time and again for their resilient power and colling, robust securing and sophisticated monitoring systems.

Construction Project Delivery Manager Responsibilities:
  • Fluent in English with vocal and written
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project and other MS Office programmes.
  • In depth knowledge of general construction building, M&E works, and local authority approval process.
  • Health and Safety legislation in particular CDM Regulations.
  • Fully versed in PM tools, techniques, and methods.
  • Ability to recognize quality workmanship on all levels of building construction
  • Substantial experience of working in the data centre and/or construction/ engineering industry.
About you:
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative
  • Must have the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Must be able to operate in an open management style and structure with an emphasis on teamwork
  • Strong time management skills.
