Construction Project Manager – New Data Centre – Berlin, Germany

Their service offering is tailored to their client's requirement allowing them to support current and future IT infrastructure requirement, already supporting some of the most well-known and recognisable brands.

The Opportunity

As Construction Project Manager you will be managing the entire life cycle of the data centre project, leading and managing the on site operation ensure each stage of the project is delivered on time and within budget. As Construction Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-        You’ll will be on site leading the entire project life cycle
-        You’ll be will monitoring the program and project time line ensuring each phase is delivered on time
-        You’ll mange materials purchasing ensuring that projects are delivered on budget
-        You’ll be ensuring that all on site activity is delivered within the health and safety guidelines
-        You’ll be supporting the commissioning and handover at the end of the project

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic construction project manager that has experience of managing large international scale project, if you have previously worked on data centre projects this will be of benefit but is by no way means essential. We will consider construction project experience from other large critical environments. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your extensive MEP and Health & Safety experience and knowledge.

You will have 3+ years construction project management experience and it is an essential requirement that you speak fluent German and English. It is also a requirement that you have previous experience working on large scale constructions project within the region allowing you to demonstrate knowledge of local regulations.
