Do you relish the opportunity to work with a global radiopharmaceutical organisation based in London?  If yes, then this is the assignment for you!

Our client that specialises in producing radiopharmaceutical products for patients across the globe are currently seeking the expertise of a Construction Project Manager.

The project is at around 30% delivery completion, with enablement work and some other work having been completed. It has been in a remediation and recovery phase over recent weeks, with the project team working hard to resolve issues and get the project back on track. As such we are looking for a seasoned, experienced, and expert construction delivery professional, with excellent troubleshooting, organisational, management, collaboration, and communication skills, to join the team. • To manage the Primary Contractor and other contractors to ensure tasks are being performed effectively, the project remains on track, quality/cost/time are being carefully managed, contractor performance is being proactively managed, problem solving activities are supported, etc.
  • To work closely with the Construction Workstream Lead to manage the project through to successful completion. Regular communication and collaboration with the overall Project Manager.
  • To build and maintain and communicate a detailed project plan, including ensuring it is aligned with commercial expectations, and presented to all stakeholders.
  • To provide effective financial/budget management –ensure the project remains on budget and any change or deviation to spend is clearly and effectively translated to and managed with the Project Manager and senior management Evaluate any additional costs, challenge and manage with contractors.
