A great new opportunity for an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join a global pharmaceutical organisation at one of their manufacturing facilities near Madrid in sunny Spain.

This role of Cost Control Engineer would involve but not be limited to:
  • Providing thorough review of proposed labour, equipment and material estimates;
  • Escalating any disputes to upper management if necessary;
  • Providing full assistance to Project Controls Lead in all aspects of Cost Control;
  • Preparing weekly and monthly inputs to Project Cost Reports as required;
  • Reviewing contract close out administration and ensuring that contractors meet their contractual requirements.
A successful Cost Control Engineer will have experience carrying out above listed tasks as well as will:
  • Have around 5-10 years' Pharmaceutical Industry experience;
  • Be fluent in Spanish;
  • Be capable of controlling major equipment and trade contract packages;
  • Have Cost Control experience in large multimillion projects.
