CQV Engineer- Laboratory Equipment

Our biotech client with manufacturing facilities just outside Dublin, is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing programme.  Building a state-of-the-art facility, utilising high-technology and next-gen processes to produce drugs that are distributed throughout the Globe. The site is easily reachable by a major airport and has excellent transport links throughout.

The client is currently seeking the expertise of a CQV Engineer focusing on Laboratory Equipment. The client are looking for a CQV Engineer with a background in commissioning laboratory equipment - to perform analytical equipment qualification for laboratory equipment such as chromatography systems, Immuno assay equipment, TOC, FTIR, SpectraMax L, and Karl Fischer Units to name a few. This will involve developing User Requirements and Risk Assessment documentation and drafts of IQ/OQ/PQ as well as execution


Skills required:

• Experience of either biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with IOQ protocol generation, review and execution
• Analytical instrument qualification to include laboratory equipment but not limited Chromotography systems, Immuno assay development, TOC, FTIR etc..
