Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a CQV Turnover Lead to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.
As CQV Turnover Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of CQV Turnover Lead activities on a complex drug manufacturing extension project.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed review of all redlined P&IDs and review and approval of all CTOP and VTOP. Manage post Mechanical Completion works, including component installation (Cat 1s) and installation of new Sikle Pipe Supports
- Lead and be responsible for CQV review of all Equipment Packages, Vendor Data Requirements (VDR) and detailed Table of Contents (TOC) for both Vendor Packages and Construction stick-built packages
- Pre-Mechanical Completion, responsible for the reviewing of all VTOP and FTOP, in readiness of IQ checks.
- Once Mechanical Completion is achieved, lead implementation of Blue Tag process, which concludes with Turnover to the Operations Group
- Lead CQV Interface with EIDA / or Master Project Database equivalent system, perform weekly reviews of systems; ensure all objectives are met in relation to input and output from system.
- 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with Mechanical Completion walkdowns including Blue Tag Process
