CSA Project Manager- Data – Contract – Slough

Our client, an experienced principal contractor who partners with some of the biggest data centre providers in the market, are currently seeking a brand-new CSA Manager. The project at hand is based in the Slough region, and long-term future work is expected in the area.

CSA Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the site and reporting to a Senior Project Manager based at our offices.
• Oversee site teams, site managers and subcontract managers for successful delivery of all CSA construction package works.
• Act as a main point of contact for the client and subcontractors.
• Maintain progress reports and project delivery documentation.
• Attend and chair weekly site meetings with the client, design team and sub-contractors.
• Key component to Workplace Safety – To have an overview of HSE for all project staff and sub-contractors including risk management.
• Take responsibility for full scope of works, inductions, toolbox talks and day to day site-based activity.

About you:

• The ideal professional will hold a construction management qualification and degree.
• Be flexible, organised and must be able to coordinate several tasks at once that will vary in scope and timeline.
• 3+ Years Data Centre delivery experience.
• Experience working for M&E contractors.
• A basic understanding of Asta Powerproject / MS Project.
