Desktop Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - Hamburg - 12-Months

Are you looking for your next contract, and fancy the opportunity to work in the charming Hamburg? Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, are recruiting for a Desktop Analyst to join their team in the construction of their new biopharmaceutical production plant. This new build facility will be vital vehicle in helping our client continue global access to life changing therapeutics.

Role 
  • Provide technical and operational support to end users, including but not limited to troubleshooting, problem-solving, diagnosing, and resolving end-user issues escalated from 1st Line Support
  • Assemble and configure desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, access points, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure system health, and actively participate in resolving notable incidents.

Experience
  • Previous experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, access points, switches, and firewalls.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
