Document Control Lead – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – Toulouse

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a Document Control Lead to join their capital project in the South of France. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a Document Control Lead to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the Document Control Lead you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2

Document Control Lead Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project document control procedures through project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for the execution of primary and complex protocols and procedures of the project document control system.
  • Development and management of all completion related documentation (i.e. check-lists, Punch-lists and tracking tools related to Mechanical, Process & Utility Equipment.)
  • Ownership of the Master Project Punch List Database and the Equipment Database.
  • Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing documents including receipt, classification, registry, distribution, archiving, storage and retrieval.
  • Assisting in the enforcement of approved document control procedures across the project, organisation and interfacing with other project participants and team members.
  • Planning the handover of all project documentation to the Operations team to be completed at the end of the project
  • Responsible for the management of documentation relating to all NDT/Welding activities / Scope of works
  • Production and management of Commissioning & Quality Plans.
  • Administration and Maintenance of the Project Document Management System (SharePoint)
  • Management and tracking of the Vendor Turnover Packages (VTOP’s) and ETOP’s
