Finance Change Management Specialist

With global demand for their life-changing oncology treatment increasing; one of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Document Specialist focusing on change management, to join their team to support a €500 million expansion project in Leinster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the art fill-finish facility and the company’s first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supports project management team from design to financial closeout
• Reviews, verifies, and analyses information related to construction project activities
• Creates and maintains audit work papers
• Cost control – auditing construction contractors, ensuring budget/ quotes are correct

Requirements:

• At least 4 years' experience of audit and/or construction industry experience. Must have been involved with engineering capital projects.
• Ability to research invoice activity and experience with construction project execution
• SAP work experience strongly preferred

Please note: This role offers two days remote working, but the individual will be expected to travel to multiple sites across Ireland.
