Expeditor – Data Centre – Germany – 12-Month Contract

Are you an Expeditor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Germany on an initial 12-month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Expeditor. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Tracking of the timely, complete submission of the contractually agreed deliverables of the supplier.
  • Obtaining and evaluating regular progress reports from the supply chain.
  • Proactive action and timely escalation of deviations
  • Responsible for the period from the order/contract award up to and including delivery on site and working closely with the engineering team until final acceptance.
  • Participation in regular project meetings including preparation of reporting.
  • Close coordination with project team including but not limited to procurement, commercial, engineering, quality and scheduling
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to work with an ERP system
  • Amazing problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and energetic
