HVAC Validation Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – County Westmeath

Are you looking for the chance to join a life changing pharmaceutical organisation in their mission to continuously drive innovation? We are recruiting for a Validation Engineer to support their Thermal Systems.

Located in the picturesque Irish midlands, the area oozes culture and tranquillity; catching the folk music performances around is a focal point of entertainment, making this one-of-a-kind facility one of the leading places to work. 

HVAC Validation Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Lead Development and execution of CD and PQ requirements for new projects.
  • Develop and execute requalification protocols for various Thermal Systems (Autoclave, SIP, CTUs)
  • Lead investigations on validation deviations where required.
  • Identify and Implement Continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to site EHS standards and reporting requirements.
About you:
  • Direct Experience with:
    • SIP qualification
    • Filter Integrity Testing requirements for SIP applications
    • qualification of Depyrigenation Tunnel
    • execution of Control Temperature Units and qualification requirements
    • using thermal acquisition systems
  • Understanding of the Endotoxins and thermal Requirements for Depyrogenation cycle (dry heat)
  • Understanding of the Aseptic Manufacturing processes
